Viktor Frešo will exhibit a life-size installation at Pohoda that has not yet been presented in Slovakia. The artwork The Birth of the Niemand by Viktor Frešo consists of 16 large sculptures on a square pedestal. They represent a whole range of negative emotions that people try to hide in their lives, such as maliciousness, inferiority complex, and unhealthy self-confidence. → read more

For the 13th time, there will be an interactive music and dance programme at Nay Dance House. In addition to great performers – dance instructors, musicians, and singers, "the festival inhabitants" will play an important part as well – small, big, courageous and shy, those who are beginners at dancing and also those who belong to the imaginary major league in their genre. The Orange zone will be about fun, freshening up, experiences from concerts taking place at Orange stage, but it will also offer shade and hide you from crowds. It will provide you with power for your phones – 24-hour long assisted charger spots, electric sockets for smartphones self-charging and external power banks, as well as a quick "mobile" help – an emergency phone – which is free to use for emergency calls if you lose your phone and need to contact your friends on and off site. Michal was born on Independence Day and for almost half of his life, he has been organizing an independent festival, which has gradually become the biggest event of its kind in Slovakia. Michal, similarly to Pohoda, brings together a number of people he gained with his contagious positivity. The joy of todayʼs occasion is multiplied by the fact that Pohoda 2019, thanks to you, sold out already a week before opening the gates. A week before the opening of the gates of the 23rd Pohoda, the limited capacity of our festival had been reached. Tickets for Pohoda can no longer be bought on our website, nor at our official re-sellers and they will not be available for purchase at the gates. Still available are the last 100 places in our Tent Inn hotel and about 500 parking lots in the P4 sector, as well as special transportation tickets for the festival.
