Wolf Alice, Mercury Prize winners, to perform at Pohoda 2020
Pohoda 2020 will welcome Wolf Alice, another Mercury prize winner. Guardian described their refreshing indie-rock as an innovative contemporary approach to the genres of the 1990s such as grunge and shoegaze. The holders of two NME Awards and the Q Award for the best live band have released two albums, and, according to the British media, they were both parts of the best that came out in those years. The great debut My Love Is Cool was, in terms of awards and reviews, outperformed by album Visions of a Life, after which Rhian Daly of NME called them 100% best band in Britain. → read more
