The penultimate album Chiki liki tu-a says “3 x 4 = 13”, and this band from Prešov will appear exactly the 13th time at the 24th edition of Pohoda that is celebrating its 25 years. This year, Chiki liki tu-a celebrate their 27 years of existence and at this occasion, they have prepared a re-edition of albums for fans (historically for the first time on vinyl), as well as a complete CD BOX of all recordings. In December, they released the album “Venované pamiatke budúcich zosnulých” (Dedicated to the memory of future late), which was awarded as the best album of the 2021 at Radio_Head Awards. They gave an excellent concert at the Trenčín Airport last year on the Stromoradie stage as part of Pohoda on the Ground. In March, the long-time member Ľuboslav Petruška left the band and was replaced by Stanislav Sninský aka “Raptor Koch”, with whom our friends from Chiki liki tu-a will perform also at Pohoda 2022. → read more

Regal Burger came into being at Pohoda. You never know how festival friendships play out: in 2013, some guys randomly started a conversation and after flipping a couple of burgers and making a few coffees, they decided to establish a premium street-food restaurant. Today, juicy Regal burgers are served in more than 40 spots across Slovakia and Czechia as well as in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Pohoda will once again have the “Treskoslovenská mňambasáda prvého virtuálneho štátu Treskoslovenska” (free translation: CzechCodSlovak Yummbassy of the first virtual state of CzechCodSlovakia). Its president, the Big Bancod will ensure the supply of the popular cod salad prepared using the vintage recipe and will keep its hungry citizens at ease. There are more and more cod-salad-eaters and at the last two editions of the festival, the supply of Košice cod salad on tap, intended for the whole festival, sold out already on Saturday. Of course, we will have Treskoslovenská Treska Pikant (spicy CzechCodSlovak cod salad) and new fish salads from RYBA Košice, which visitors will be able to savour at free tastings. We have seen a great interest in special camps and caravan parking, so we are increasing their capacity. Following a slight modification of the area, we were able to increase the number of spots in the Family Camp by 50, we are adding 100 new spots in the Silent Camp, and we have created room for another 40 caravans. → read more

The concept of the visual stage of Pohoda will be exceptional in 2022. Years long-term collaboration with Ilona Németh and Dano Dida will be concentrated in a single work this year—Sphéra by Juraj Gábor. The artwork has become a major event on our art scene, winning many awards and especially respect from the art community. It will move from the New Synagogue in Žilina to the exterior for the festival and will be at the airport for the longest time out of all the constructions. We are starting on 6 June with a transfer to Trenčín and subsequent assembly.
