Silent Disco in the MEET THE GIANTS zone will featuring great names of the Czech and Slovak music production, as well as traditional Dutch DJs. There will be just one loud concert on Friday 8th July 2016, from 11:00 pm to 12.00 am, and it will be a music dialogue between VEC and two representatives if the Bigg Boss label, Vladimír 518 and DJ Mike Trafik. A visual show of Lunchmeat studio will be on all evenings; two supports will bear 60 lighting heads, which will take care of an unforgettable visual experience. Debates with top-class music professionals such as director of the biggest showcase festival in Europe – Eurosonic – or band booker for Brighton's The Great Escape, editor in chief of the professional music magazine IQ as well as director of Lollapalooza Berlin will be part of the festival program again this year. In Listening Session – a two-hour long debate at Radioactive zone – they will discuss if Slovak musicians can become a success worldwide. Besides three debates in English, a debate with David Koller, Vec and Datra of Rozpor will be taking place in Optimistent. → read more

This year, Kingswood garden will see its premiere at Pohoda. This is the right place for those who love going for a picnic, getting some rest or having juicy apple drinks. The program of Pohoda also includes the artworks of almost one hundred artists. A growing number of installations, interactive works, and performance turned the Pohoda grounds into a huge stage of visual art: the Visual Stage. Within this platform, you will see the works of Ilona Németh, Gabriel Hošovský 3 installations of the Public Art Contest winners, installation of the White Night festival, and you will be able to debate in the Office of Contemporary Art.   → read more

Already at the entrance to the festival, each visitor will receive a food stands map. However, we could be handing a food stand globe as well, because Pohoda will offer delicacies from all over the world. Served will be Japanese gyoza, Indian curry, Turkish kebab, American burger, and a variety of regional delicacies of Slovak cuisine. We have also extended the offer of drinks on tap; in addition to the rich offer Urpiner brewery and small domestic breweries in Pivobrana, you'll be able to taste Kingswood cider in the original versions and Rose version. → read more

This year, Pohoda Shop will offer a limited edition of handmade diaries by Remini for the Pohoda year 2016/17. The calendar in diaries begins with the date of current Pohoda and finishes in July next year. Diaries can be bought at the festival in the Remini tent and in the Pohoda shop. It helps you to orientate quickly in the area, arrive everywhere on time, and find your friends quickly under the stage. The “Friends” function will show their current location on the map.
