This year’s Pohoda did not turn out as you or we expected. The early end of the festival deprived us all of many beautiful moments, amazing concerts, and the chance to meet one another. The wave of solidarity that followed Pohoda touched us deeply, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you for all the expressions of support; they gave us the strength to continue.

Even if our terms and conditions do not require us to provide compensation for the early termination of Pohoda 2024 due to such an extraordinary event, and despite the economic difficulties in the cultural sector that we openly discuss, we have decided to offer a solution as a gesture of gratitude for the strong expressions of trust from our visitors.
We are offering Pohoda 2024 ticket holders a 20% discount on the purchase of one ticket for Pohoda 2025, valid until 25 November 2024 as well as a 40% discount on the purchase of merchandise from this year’s Pohoda 2024 collection. You can apply the discount when purchasing online by entering the code from your Pohoda 2024 ticket in the coupon code field at checkout.
If you use this discount, for example, when purchasing an adult ticket, more than €25 will automatically be deducted from the final price, and at the same time, you’ll receive a 40% discount on merchandise if it’s in the same shopping cart. The discounts are generated by the barcodes on all purchased Pohoda 2024 tickets, including baby, kids, junior, disabled (ZŤP), disabled with assistance (ZŤP-S), and adult tickets. The discount can be applied to purchase any ticket for Pohoda 2025. If you are purchasing multiple types of tickets, the discount will automatically be applied to the most expensive ticket in your cart for Pohoda 2025. Those who have already purchased tickets for Pohoda 2025 can use the 20% discount to buy another ticket for a loved one, friend, or partner, and of course, they can also use the 40% discount on any amount of festival merchandise.
The above discounts are available from today until the midnight of Monday, 25 November 2024 in our e-shop on the festival’s website at pohodafestival.sk. All detailed information about the offer and Q&A can be found below.

How can I claim the discount as a holder of a Pohoda 2024 ticket?
If you held a valid ticket for Pohoda 2024, you are eligible for a 20% discount on the purchase of one ticket for Pohoda 2025. Additionally, you can claim a 40% discount on festival merchandise from the 2024 collection, with no limit on the number of items.
The discount applies to any valid Pohoda 2024 ticket (3-Day, JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, and PwD-C) and can be used for the purchase of any single ticket for Pohoda 2025 (3-Day, JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, and PwD-C).
To redeem your discount, enter the unique code from your Pohoda 2024 ticket into the "Discount coupon code" (Kód zľavového kupónu) box when placing your online order. The unique code can be found below the barcode on your e-ticket, or in case of paper ticket it can be generated using an app (scanner). If you wish to claim both discounts, entering the code once will suffice. Please note that the discount from a 2024 ticket code can only be used once and is valid for a single purchase.
The discount can only be redeemed on the official festival website.

Where can I find the discount code on my Pohoda 2024 ticket?
The unique code can be found below the barcode on your e-ticket, as shown in the visual example below. For those with paper tickets, we recommend using an app (scanner) to convert the barcode into numerical form, for example QR Reader app for Android or iOS.
Which festival merchandise can I apply the 40% discount to?
The discount applies to any festival merchandise from the 2024 collection.
Is there a limit to how much merchandise I can buy?
No. You can buy any amount.
What if I couldn’t attend Pohoda 2024? Can I still use the discount?
Yes. The discount is available to anyone who held a valid Pohoda 2024 ticket, regardless of whether or not you exchanged your ticket for a festival wristband.
We had two 3-Day tickets and one KIDS ticket for Pohoda 2024. Are we entitled to a discount on all tickets?
Yes. You can claim a discount for each valid Pohoda 2024 ticket, whether it was a 3-Day, JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, or PwD-C ticket.
We also bought a BABY ticket for Pohoda 2024, but we plan to attend Pohoda 2025 without children. Can we use the 20% discount from the BABY ticket to purchase a 3-Day ticket for Pohoda 2025?
Yes. The discount applies to any valid Pohoda 2024 ticket, whether it was a 3-Day, JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, or PwD-C ticket. You can use the code from the BABY ticket to claim a 20% discount on a 3-Day ticket for Pohoda 2025.
What if I’ve already purchased a ticket for Pohoda 2025?
If you’ve already bought a Pohoda 2025 ticket and don’t wish to buy another, you can still use the 40% discount on any festival merchandise from the 2024 collection.
I am a holder of the Pohoda Forever ticket. Am I entitled to this discount?
No. With the Pohoda Forever ticket, you already have lifetime access to Pohoda. You also have a permanent 20% discount on all online purchases of festival merchandise. Therefore, this promotion does not apply to holders of Pohoda Forever tickets.
What if I have several tickets of different prices in my basket? Which ticket will the 20% discount apply to?
If you have several tickets in different price categories in your basket, the discount will be applied to the most expensive ticket.
Can I claim only the 40% discount on festival merchandise without using the ticket discount?
Yes. In this case, you’ll need to place two separate orders: one for tickets, without applying the discount, and another for merchandise, where you will enter the unique code from your Pohoda 2024 ticket in the "Discount coupon code" (Kód zľavového kupónu) box. The 40% discount will then be applied to the total price of the 2024 merchandise in your basket.
Can I claim a 20% discount on a ticket to Pohoda 2025 in one order and a 40% discount on a merch in a second order?
No. Redeeming your discount using one 2024 ticket code is a one-time-only, valid for one purchase/shopping cart only.
Can I claim the discount when buying a Pohoda 2025 ticket in a physical shop?
No. The discount can only be applied online on the official festival website.
What if I had a physical ticket for Pohoda 2024 and lost it? Is there any way to claim the discount?
If you can retrieve the unique code from your Pohoda 2024 ticket (for example, if you took a photo of it before the festival), you will be able to claim the discount. Unfortunately, if you no longer have the ticket and do not know the code, you will not be able to redeem the discount.
Does the discount apply to JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, PwD-C tickets?
Yes. You can claim the 20% discount on any ticket by entering the code from a valid Pohoda 2024 ticket, including JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, and PwD-C tickets.
Can I use the discount to buy a parking ticket, campsite spot, or other accommodation or transport?
No. The 20% discount only applies to the purchase of 3-Day, JUNIOR, KIDS, BABY, PwD, or PwD-C tickets, and/or festival merchandise from the 2024 collection. It does not apply to parking or accommodation at Pohoda 2025.
Can I claim the discount with a Pohoda 2024 ticket that I won in a competition?
No. The discount does not apply to holders of free tickets to Pohoda 2024, such as those won in competitions.
Can I request a refund of the entrance fee for the Pohoda 2024 festival?
By purchasing a ticket you agree that the date and programme of the festival is subject to change. The paid admission fee is non-refundable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Therefore, we are not legally obliged to refund or compensate the full or partial ticket price. However, it is important to us that both you and we are comfortable with the situation. Therefore, we have decided to partially compensate you for the shortened festival by offering you a discount on a ticket to Pohoda 2025 and merch from the current collection.
How long is the offer available for holders of valid tickets to Pohoda 2024?
The offer is available from 14 October 2024 until midnight on 25 November 2024.
