PHOčkáreň is a popular Vietnamese bistro known for its signature phở soup and famous Bún bò Nam Bộ. It was born at the festival and it is the only concept of its kind that gives you the chance to savour authentic street food just like on the streets of Vietnam. Additionally, this year it brings a new limited-quantity treat: Vietnamese Bánh Mì baguettes!
