On Tuesday, June 22, at noon, we will sell another batch of tickets for Pohoda on the Ground. In the first round, we've put fewer tickets for sale, as we counted on a capacity of 1,000 people including our production team and artists. In the end, we will have a capacity of 1000 visitors + artists & production team, therefore we can put more tickets for sale. We will also add the tickets to the shop that have not been sold by clubs. Please note that other types of tickets are also still available, such as Tent Inn, Lock Inn, Autocamp or parking for cars, motorbikes or caravans. You'll be able to purchase these parking and accommodation options as well on-site, but for a higher price.  Buying them in advance will shorten your entry time and it will make it easier for us to oversize the individual sectors within the area as optimally as possible. In addition to Andrea Beton and Alexandra Cihanská Machová, the recording Liptov will also be presented by the Prague electronic producer, DJ, and audiovisual artist Oliver Torr. Oliver’ projects include TraumaTorr, GTA soundsystem, Black Tar Jesus, OGJ / Torr and he has collaborated with artists such as Chrysalism, Sunnbrella, Katarzia, Dukla and others. In late February, he released the album Fragility of Context and gained the attention of foreign media with the Trans Europe Postal Express project, in which artists recorded sounds on a travelling cassette tape following pre-given instructions. → read more

Miklei - acid/trance/techno DJ & producer from Ukraine recently based in Slovakia is another name of Pohoda on the Ground. Her sets are a fresh mixture of 4/4 bangers, raising awareness about Slovak techno producers while adding a spectrum of eastern underground clubbing influences. → read more

Rudo Danihel aka Čavalenky, will also perform at Pohoda on the Ground on Saturday, July 10th. The half-Roma artist uses the Záhorie dialect in his work, talking about rough street life, racism, gambling, drugs, indebtedness, and subsequent seizures. In March 2020, he released his debut album Stoka Rap, which Jakub Šíma from Fullmoon named one of the best recordings of the year. This phenomenon makes you believe every words he says, not pretending anything: everything is based on real grounds and brings this with an original expression, great flow, and excellent background. → read more

They formed virtually by chance and relatively recently, but they already have four Grammy nominations, a euphoric hit with more than a hundred million views on YouTube and, as NME wrote, they gradually made their journey from busking on street corners to becoming one of the USA’s most beloved new bands. They have performed in perhaps every well-known television show, sold out multiple tours across North America and Europe, thanks to a massive fanbase now known as the Puma Pack, and we are pleased that Black Pumas will play their mix of psychedelic soul and R&B also at Trenčín Airport in early July 2022. → read more

Belarusian singer and producer Mustelide will also perform at Pohoda on the Ground. Recently based in Berlin she mixes various styles of electronic and avant-pop music. Mustelide creates a world of peculiar sounds, using environmental samples collected from all over the world, analogue synthesizers, drum machines and her voice.  → read more

To take care of the final party on each day of Pohoda on the Ground will be DJ Ramzy Al Spinoza & MC Safaa Hathot. This exceptional Jewish-Arab duo will symbolically play their sets in the premises of the decommissioned military radar. This area will be open to visitors for the first time ever. → read more

Band Varkocs was formed in 2018 as a special project around Erik Turtev, a virtuoso mouth harp player. Since their formation, the band have excelled in their unconventional approach and “rowdy folk” style. They play old pagan Slavic and Hungarian acoustic folk instruments and their aim is to collect songs for mouth harp, as they are translated in various ethnic groups living in Slovakia. Their repertoire is based on the songs that the members learned from old folks in villages and found in archives. → read more

For the fifth year in a row, band Veľká Potreba has been relentlessly pushing forward its intention to vent the frustration of the corporate stereotype and the fulfillment of everyday needs; the band also does not shy away from the topics of relationships and emotions. Their last year's debut “V rohu” was well received by fans of gerontopunk protestsongs; in the meantime, the members of Veľká Potreba have managed to prepare material for a new album, which they are looking to release this autumn and parts of which will be played also for visitors of Pohoda on the Ground. → read more

I Am Planet is the project of Slovak composer Patrik Korinok. He combines contemporary classical music with elements of minimalism and motifs strongly inspired by nature. His debut Silene Stenophylla was ranked among the best albums of 2014 on Beehy.pe and Arcticdrones. Pravda introduced On The Way To Antarctica (2016) with the headline: This is what pretty music sounds like. Two years later, he released Natura Resonat on Deadred Records. As musicserver.cz writes: “It is an intense confession about the state of nature, its echoes in us and its fluttering moods.” On his latest record, Záznamy ticha, he turns for the first time to the inner man, to the problem of information smog, to the natural need for silence in the contemporary context after years of searching for archetypes in nature or experimenting with sacred sound. He uses silence as a full part of the composition on the recording, as well as during the concert version.   → read more
