Pohoda 2019 will be opened by the Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra concert in the biggest festival tent. The concert will commemorate the tragedy of 2009, will be dedicated to the memory of Martin Kašák and Nikola Kapková, as well as the memory of David Horní, who died during the festival's deconstruction in 2006. Three works by young Slovak composers – Lucia Chuťková, Michal Paľko and Miroslav Tóth – will be symbolically premiered at the festival. Tickets for suburban bus service from Trenčianske Teplice to the festival and back is already available for sale on our website. A three-day pass (6 trips) for the suburban service costs €19. With a three-day pass, your seat on the bus is guaranteed. The bus service can also be used for single trips that cost €5/one ride. Each day of the festival, buses will take you up to the pedestrian entrance (GATE B). After finishing the programme on the main stages, buses will collect passengers in front of the main stage. Funny Fellows will arrive with a famous Slovak song Jaj, Zuzka, Zuzička at this year's Pohoda. We found that the bandleader is from Pezinok, he studied at secondary grammar school there, and looks for an inspiration in a glass of wine. Funny fellows sing and play about this and much more if they tie a tie, or sit on their oldtimer Barkas. You will be able to ease yourself into relaxed mode and practice Laktofree open air yoga this year as well. Lessons with a professional coach will be held near Martinus tent on Friday and Saturday from eight, nine and ten in the morning. Rajo will again provide light free breakfast for the festival-goers.
