Virtual Reality, Competitions and Useful Hints in the EU Fun Zone

For the 11th time, Pohoda will have also the European Commission Representation in Slovakia. Every year, the Representation brings to our festival the EU Fun Zone full of knowledge quizzes and games for great prizes. The European Commission also provides a lot of information and useful advice on how to go to study or find a traineeship abroad and how to take advantage of the many benefits the EU brings to us. In addition, this yearʼs EU Fun Zone will include also the European Commissionʼs Joint Research Centre (JRC) stand, where you will be able to try virtual reality.

You are also invited to have fun with the unconventional photo booth “Smile to Vote”, which can predict from your smile who you might vote for in your election. JRC will also bring the interactive “RADIO FRANKENSTEIN” – a theatre performance that connects science, art, and artificial intelligence and opens the topic of their impact on the mankind. You can also look forward to the popular debates of Café Europa on current topics with interesting guests; debates will be held at the EUrópa stage, which will be located right next to the EU Fun Zone. Like every year, also at this edition there will be competitions in the EU Fun Zone where you can win a super information tour directly to the EU institutions in Brussels.
