Tornádo Lue at Pohoda 2022

Exactly after 20 years, the Bratislava cult band Tornado Lue will return to Pohoda. The concert playlist of Tornádo Lue is similar to their currently released first vinyl best of album, featuring newer single songs Oči Slnka and Dobrou Noc. The Czech daily Lidové noviny wrote about them: “The literally legendary band Tornádo Lue is for everyone in the ‘soundtrack’ of the 1990s.” A Slovak band, Czech lyrics, Waits’ old-world atmosphere, Bohumil Hrabal, Sylvia Plath, French chanson, punk, klezmer, cabaret, and especially the strong songwriting statement of Jana Tóthová. Tornádo Lue will play on Friday at Café Kušnierik.
