The opening day of the 20th Pohoda

The captivating hot jazz and sweet dance music performed by Bratislava Hot Serenaders and Milan Lasica opened the music part of the twentieth Pohoda. On the stage, our most famous big band officially released their new album “Ja vodku rád pijem”. They were followed vibrant instrumental mix of genres by Gogol Bordello. They accelerated from zero to hundred in the very first tact, and did not slow down until the last chorus. On Thursday, most people were brought under the Urpiner Stage by PJ Harvey.

Double winner of the Mercury Prize showed her fans in Slovakia why she had earned excellent ratings from Primavera and other previous festivals. In Pohoda 20 MK Selection, Michal Kaščák spoke about his selection of the best shows that he had brought to Trenčín over the 20 years of Pohoda. The packed program of the festival will start running at all stages tomorrow.
