Various small-town businesses have also signed up for the Slovenská Tepláreň initiative, including the Pivnica pri studni restaurant from Detva. There, on Saturday, December 3, Slovenská Tepláreň will intertwine with the Tepláreň Nahlas discussion series. The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a discussion aptly titled "Extremism for All?". The former head of the Human Rights League, lawyer Zuzana Števulová; coordinator of programs at the Mládež ulice civic association, social worker and therapist Karin Andrášiková; transgender DJ Matia Lenická (B-Complex); and Milan Zvada, the representative of the cultural center Záhrada will discuss their own experiences with extremism, as well as ways to combat it. The discussion will be moderated by Zuzana Wienk.

After the debate at 8 p.m., a punk drum and bass concert will begin, where The Wilderness, B-Complex, and Vydrapená Bužírka Punk System will perform.

On Monday, December 5, Tepláreň Nahlas will move to the music-literary-art-film café Na Kus reči in Levice. Psychology student Soňa Senéšiová; activist and local MP Vladimír Kuny; head of the Matej Bel Institute Ábel Ravasz; and rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava Bohunka Koklesová will lead a debate titled "Human Rights for All". Moderated by Zuzana Kovačič Hanzelová.

The appeal Som Tepláreň – Bezpečné miesto (I Am Tepláreň – Safe Space) initiated by Tepláreň itself is still ongoing, and so is the collection of signatures for the appeal Ide nám o život (Fighting for Our Lives) that can be found here.

The statement of the initiative Slovenská Tepláreň:

"We want to express our solidarity with the families and loved ones of Matúš and Juraj, who were murdered in a hate crime in Bratislava's Tepláreň bar.

We want to express our respect and esteem to those who made Tepláreň a welcoming place where free people can meet.

We want to express our support for the LGBTI+ community.

We want Slovakia to be a country where everyone can feel safe and where minorities are accepted with respect as a natural part of society.

We want to see legislation changed to ensure a dignified and full-fledged life for all people in Slovakia, including the LGBTI+ community.

We want to walk the path of non-violence, togetherness, and tolerance, and that is why we are organizing the Slovenská Tepláreň festival."
