Lola Marsh are returning home

Their song “You're Mine” became one of the three most viral songs on Spotify and it currently has three and a half million of hearings. The next song “Sirens” made it to the fifth place in Top 10 US viral tracks. The success of these songs will certainly be no surprise to anyone who has seen their concerts at Pohoda, where Lola Marsh turned from an unknown band to one of the most desirable names.

08. April 2016

They first came to Pohoda as an unknown Israeli band, but immediately gained many fans here. A small autumn tour in Slovak clubs and another performance at Pohoda followed, the latter one in front of an audience of over 20 thousand people. In the meantime, they signed a contract with the influential indie publisher Anova Music. In January, they published a beautiful video recorded in the Israeli desert for the song “You're Mine” and released a homonymous EP. Then they had a successful tour around France and Germany, and are coming back to Pohoda in July as the only foreign band to appear for the third time in a row. Their song “Stranger to My Past” even became the basis for our latest Aftermovie.
For the last two years, they have spent more time giving concerts around the world than at home. When asked which country they most loved on their tours, Gil and Yael unanimously responded in an interview for oHudbe.sk: “Slovakia and especially the local people”. It is more than certain that this feeling is mutual, that's why the band Lola Marsh are definitely coming to the 20th edition of Pohoda.
