Liptov with its grilled smoked cheese
Grilled smoked cheese is already a standard delicacy of our food zone. Liptov is bringing a new recipe this year, a grilled cheese smoked on beech wood that is intended especially for grilling. Delicious steamed cheese will be served with plum and cranberry sauce.
