Funny Fellows: the traditional swing reveille
Cheerful swing performed by Funny Fellows is a verified pick-me-up and element of the atmosphere of our festival mornings. The band has new costumes, songs, and lyrics, but they still play on the good old veteran car (Barkas) and use even older instruments. At the twentieth Pohoda, they will play twenty songs of the swing period every morning. They will be welcoming visitors during the opening of our festival with their positive energy and musical gags.

We have more news about Funny Fellows from the bandleader Roman Féder: “We are going to record another CD. Our drummer Milan Ruček broke his collarbone in a fall from a horse, so he plays in a special orthosis, but he plays with such energy, that we have hard time following him. Marek Berky lost some weight, but, since he is a good pal, he gained it back. We changed the battery and have new coils in our Barkas, so it runs at all three cylinders; thus, dear friends, we will give waltz morning concerts this year at Pohoda”.
