Call for interns for Pohoda Festival 2020
Would you like to join our team for Pohoda 2020? We are looking for a Communication & PR, a Hospitality and a Pohoda shop intern starting from the first of March.

Communication & PR internship @ Pohoda Festival 2020
Your position:
You will be mainly responsible for helping with the communication and social media of the festival. Also being in communication with the artist management regarding media agreements will be part of your job. As communication internship you will work close together with Anton Repka our PR manager and Suzanne Verschueren our international PR manager.
Your tasks:
- Following of the social media and news of our artists
- Keeping the official website up to date
- Making new media contacts with media of your country
- Coordination of the media requests of artists (photo permissions, broadcasting permission, interviews,...)
- Coordination of the media requests from media (interview requests, adverts,...)
- Content and maintaining of our Viber account
Your qualities:
- You are currently following a bachelor- or master degree in communication (or a similar study)
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking), Slovak and other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
Our offer:
- A full time internship from 1st March till the 12th of July 2020 (Any earlier starting date is welcome.)

Hospitality internship @ Pohoda Festival 2020
Your position:
You will be responsible for a part of the preparation regarding the hospitality and catering at the festival Pohoda, communicating with foreign guests - providing flight tickets, accommodation and so on. During the festival you will have time to watch some of the performances, but you are still expected to help the Pohoda team. You will work close together with Barbora Bodnárová and Monika Matiasovska our Booking & Contracts & Artist Hospitality managers and Ľubica Ščambová our Catering Director & Guest Service.
Your tasks:
- Updating excel sheets
- Help with business administration (invoicing)
- Going through hospitality riders
- Supporting us with other tasks
Your qualities:
- You are currently following a bachelor- or master degree in hospitality or business management (or a similar study)
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking), Slovak and other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word

Shop & merchandise @ Pohoda Festival 2020
Your position:
You will be working close together with Lucia Paulíková (Merchandise & Office). You'll be helping with keeping the Pohoda shop & office running prior to the festival. During the festival, you'll assist Lucia with managing the two Pohoda shops at the festival.
Your tasks:
- Updating excel sheets
- Preparing orders to send with the courier
- Keeping the stock in order
- Follow up the process of designing the new merchandise
- Supporting Lucia with others tasks
Your qualities:
- You are currently following a bachelor- or master degree
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking) or Slovak and other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
