Bene is one-quarter of the group Modré hory. As a rapper, he’s won three Radio_Head Awards—twice with Modré hory and once for a solo album. Over the years, he’s been involved in numerous music projects under various aliases (Bene, Peťo Tázok, Beny M, and René Gát).
Video Dave is one-third of the rap trio Previous Industries. An American rapper, beatmaker, television producer, and graphic designer, Dave is, in short, a multi talented creative.
Together, they’re Bene & Video Dave, and even they’re curious to see where their collaborative wanderings will take them. They’ll find out on their upcoming record, set to drop in spring 2025. Their new single “When The Day Comes” is a new song from their forthcoming project city&city, a journey through time where day turns to night, and Slovak intertwines with English. They’ve never seen ghosts, never seen angels—just playing digital ping-pong while creating hip-hop across the Atlantic.
