Zagami Jericho

Zagami Jericho, a young Prague producer and singer, is another performer at Pohoda 2017. In September 2016, she released her debut “City is my Church”, which brought her a Vinyla Music Award nomination in the Discovery of the Year 2016 category; she is also won in final of the Radio Wave contest Startér final. We, too, will soon hear her electropop and post-cyberpunk visions.

Her music is of the dance type, with a dark undertone, and her repertoire also contains slower “movie-like” compositions. She settled on the Czech electronic scene before the age of twenty. As Headliner put it, her music perfectly demonstrates the possibilities of a DIY approach that meets with creative thinking that is not subject to trends. Zagami Jericho will bring to Pohoda synthwave, a harder Drum and Bass, and a fascination with the Japanese pop, all of that combined with the new millennium song writing.
