Light and good with Lunter
Thanks to Lunter, thousands of Pohodans verified the fact that the vegetable diet can be both light and truly tasty. Not only were there many positive responses: also more than 16,000 single portions were consumed, and almost a ton of tofu and two thousand litres of soy beverage were used to prepare the food. Lunter will come to Pohoda 2017 with one more stand and more news.

Following the huge interest in the Lunter kitchen, this year they will expand the capacity and besides the restaurant in the green oasis, they will also have a stand with breakfast assortment, located at the Opatovce tent camp. The campers in the two tent camps can look forward to breakfast directly at their sleeping bags, which will be distributed every morning by tricycles.
Lunter will offer all gourmets one soup and two main hot meals every day. Available will be also the favourite Lunter spreads with pastries and vegetables, sandwiches, and various porridges and puddings. In addition to the proven oatmeal porridge with fruit and chocolate chia pudding, the novelties include rice porridge with strawberries and coconut chia pudding with pineapple. Surprising for many will be tofu “scrambled eggs” that taste really great. All of that will come in purely plant version from environmentally friendly, domestic ingredients. Just like last year, all the dishes will be fully compostable. Lunter will have an own composter in the background of the restaurant and, in cooperation with the Živica nonprofit organisation, they will donate processed compost to the garden of the Education Centre in Zaježová. Thanks to the composting, they will thus close the whole ecological chain, as they will return to the nature and the soil what Earth gave us in the form of plants; thanks to quality compost, new vegetables or fruits will grow.
