Bogomil Font is a special project and alter ego of Sigtryggur Baldursson, one of the founding members of the legendary bands The Sugarcubes and Kukl. Siggi crafted the persona of Bogomil Font in the spirit of Sinatra and Nat King Cole, but with a humorous twist, uniquely Icelandic. An intimate performance with a maximum of emotions was offered by Duo Ruut during the Pohoda Acoustic Sessions. Two Estonian musicians, who sing and play one zither at the same time, recorded an acoustic version of their song in front of the cabins where part of the organising team stayed at the airport (and which you know from our reels :) ). → read more

As befits true post-punks from London, Shame performed as part of the Pohoda Acoustic Sessions right on the runway amidst the visitors. We can't find the words to describe the incredible energy emanating from their performance. The song Orchid from their latest album Food for Worms was a perfect fit for the occasion. → read more

We thank everyone who handed over plastic bottles and cans in the deposit return scheme the waster separation points and at the Music Saves Ukraine stand. It is to support this initiative where all the money received after processing by the Administrator of the deposit scheme will go. In total, 16,605 pieces of drink containers in deposit return system were collected at Pohoda, which means that you supported Music saves Ukraine (just in this way) with the amount of €2,490. → read more

Since 2016, in collaboration with ROADTRIP STUDIO, we have been producing acoustic versions of our artists' songs during Pohoda. Also this year we will bring you the special song versions at (not only) unconventional festival locations. The first video from Pohoda 2023 in the Pohoda Acoustic Sessions series is the performance of the fantastic Fallgrapp, who captivated everyone with their concert on the Orange stage. Pohoda 2023 continued the amazing project of six photojournalists – a fundraiser for ambulances for Ukraine. The aim was to raise money for one ambulance during the festival, but in the end, our visitors came together and raised enough for almost three. → read more

Today, after almost a month, we handed over the Trenčín airport. The last members of the team who supervised the dismantling of the festival site and the cleaning of the site until the very last day have also left the airport. We are already looking forward to next year when we will once again transform the airport into a temporary, relaxing home. See you in less than a year, friends. → read more
