Stromoradie will bring to the Pohoda on the Ground festival the bands Mňága a Žďorp, Bez ladu a skladu, Chiki liki tu-a, Chór vážskych muzikantov, Edo Klena & Klenoty, and Hungarian legend Korai Öröm will show up with their psychedelic-trance project Korai Trancemission. Martin Višňovský, the head of Stromoradie and the singer of Chiki liki tu-a, said about their selection: “When Michal approached me with this year’s idea for Pohoda, I was excited and immediately began to think about the bands that most belong to the festival and our club. It was then when I remembered the poster of the "Halušky s Pepsi colou" festival, which took place in Prague at the end of the 1980s and where new interesting bands from the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic were introduced at the time. The focus of dramaturgy of Fuga are concerts and parties where mostly less widespread and more experimental forms of electronic and dance music, rock, metal, and jazz are played. This was also reflected in their line-up for the Pohoda on the Ground festival. On the 8th July, the Fuga stage will host Isama Zing Edúv syn & Žakhéles, Lazy Bastards Soundsystem, band Lutra, and a new project by Miroslav Tóth, Srnka. → read more

Diera do Sveta is a cultural centre and specialized bookstore in Liptovský Mikuláš that creates a background for independent, alternative and minority culture. Their programme at Pohoda on the Ground will include composer Soho Rezanejad, electronic producer Pepper Levain, the groups Hlučné Žihľavy and Cudowne Lata, and Andrea Beton and Alexandra Cihanská Machová will present live music from the Liptov project from the Punctum Tapes label.   → read more

Right at the beginning of the Pohoda on the Ground festival, we will welcome a local club novice, Hangár, from Trenčín. Their stage will host bands Medial Banana riddim show, Nov, Personal Spaces, Fyasco, producers Jimmy Pé and Lixx, as well as drum&bass crew DNB Family. Club scenes supported by the Bombura and Hangár clubs will complete the line-up of the main stage of this year's version of Pohoda on Wednesday, 7th July. → read more

The programme at Pohoda on the Ground provided by clubs will be symbolically opened by the longest continuously operating club in our country, Bombura from Brezno. On Wednesday, 7th July, the club will present on its stage the bands Midi Lidi, Vojdi, Nina Rosa, Trilobeat, 300 Hrmených, looping show of Petr Wajsar aka Develooper, and DJ set of EM Spiller. Maroš Pavúk and Peter Markovski will open their boxes full of immortal music as part of Gramcovačka. In addition, there will be a small creative studio for visitors under the supervision of artists from Brezno and the surrounding area, and also their legendary large-scale professional 18-meter motorway. → read more

During the five days, Pohoda on the Ground will bring dozens of bands and artists to the Trenčín Airport. One of the leitmotifs of the festival is the support of the Slovak club scene. It will be people from ten clubs across the whole of Slovakia to prepare the majority of programme. The curators of the two club stages of Pohoda on the Ground are Hangár, Bombura, Fuga, Diera do sveta, Stromoradie, 69, Collosseum, WAX, Záhrada, and Hájovňa. This Sunday, May 2, 2021, the Pohoda festival will prepare an online Concert for Martina and Ján in cooperation with the municipality of Gregorovce. Due to the current measures, it will be non-public, but you can watch it on live stream on the Facebook profile of Pohoda or on the profiles of Denník N, N-kultúra, Aktuality.sk, NOIZZ.sk, týždeň.sk and Hudba.sk. This year's concert will take place in the Primary School in Gregorovce that Martina Kušnírová attended. Guitarist and composer David Kollar will present his latest project Sonic Pulses live and the songwriter Nina Rosa will perform as well. The event will also include an installation by Michal Kačmár, as well as two discussions. The 24th edition of Pohoda Festival has been postponed by a year, again. The full-fledged festival will be taking place between July 7 – 9, 2022. “The decision was made based on discussions with experts. We truly feel sorry about this, but we consider this decision to be the right and inevitable one. That said, we have started working on a series of smaller festival events titled “Pohoda on the Ground” that we are planning to organize at Trenčín Airport this summer,” says Michal Kaščák from Pohoda Festival team. → read more
