The movement performance “Kvasný pohyb” portrays the fermentation process. The performers become the yeast in the fermenting culture, undergoing its natural process—fermentation. The inhuman movements of single-celled organisms, sounds, and the living essence of yeast captivate attention, relax bodies, and sensitise us to a world invisible to the naked eye.
