In September 2022, Drť and Fedor Gál played their first concert at the Prague club Punctum, which received a strong response and led to the creation of the album Kruh alebo špirála?. This album won the Dominik Tatarka Award this year. The songs are based on the lived experience of Fedor Gál, who was born in 1945 in the Terezín concentration camp, was one of the leaders of the Velvet Revolution, and remains a civil activist, writer, and critical intellectual.
The individual concerts explore questions of the role and functionality of memory in society, responding to dramatically changing social and wartime events in our country.
